Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 11am PST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!

Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with return instructions and the return shipping address.  If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on toofaced.com may be returned.  For purchases at all other retailers, including ULTA Beauty, Sephora, Macys, and Sephora Inside JC Penney, please see specific retailer return policies. When returning products to Too Faced, please secure a tracking number for your shipment to ensure safe delivery.

When you check out, you will see an option to add a free sample to your order. We encourage you to try new products that you haven't tried before! During promotional periods, we sometimes offer bonus samples with orders.

You can review the status of your order by going to My Account at the top of the page and selecting Sign In where you can sign into your account to view your order status and history. You can also click the link on your order confirmation email.

Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note: If you’re paying with PayPal, it will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account which may be different. You may also review your order by clicking Track Order under the My Account tab at the top of the page.

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

Note: Too Faced Cosmetics Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). TooFaced Cosmetics Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. Orders are limited to no more than eight (8) and 14 total items per customer. Furthermore, frequent orders in a one month period of multiple units may be rejected by Too Faced. Too Faced may reject orders at any time in their sole discretion if they suspect the order is for resale or export.
